Samuel Grant has taken a 16,300 sq ft shed at Wilson Bowden’s East Midlands Distribution Centre in the Midlands.
Building 6E (2) is the last of three similar units built in a terrace which were completed in the spring of 2008. Fisher Hargreaves Proctor advised on the sale.
