Specialist parts and distribution company ByBox has launched a pre-10am-to-site service.
After replacement parts are ordered, parcels travel through ByBox’s distribution network to the nearest secure dropbox within two miles of the designated business destination by 7am the next day. From the dropbox they are delivered to the agreed site before 10am.
Customers can check the status of their deliveries through the ByBox web tracking service, and receive text alerts to notify engineers when parts have arrived at a specific site.
