Warehouse and distribution company CS Ellis has started using using MaxLoad Pro, the specialist vehicle and container loading software from AutoLogic Systems. It will use the software to maximise container and vehicle fill for key contracts.
The Rutland based company employs 160 people and operates a fleet of more than 50 vehicles and 350,000 square feet of warehousing.
MaxLoad Pro determines the best way of loading mixed size products onto vehicles and containers. Users can import existing properties of cases and pallets into the MaxLoad database to achieve cost savings of up to 10-25 per cent.
