CitySprint has acquired Midlands-based On The Dot Courier for an undisclosed sum.
The takeover of the same-day courier – CitySprint’s third acquisition in the past 12 months – will help strengthen its position in the Midlands region.
On The Dot (now trading as CitySprint) will operate from CitySprint’s Midlands centre in Warwick.
CitySprint will retain On The Dot’s operational staff and couriers and Stefan Law, owner of On The Dot Courier, will also remain at CitySprint.
