Gieves and Hawkes initially selected K3 Retail to integrate its finance systems and store sales with the rest of its business, and is now building its multi-channel offering.

Will Dresner, financial director at Gieves and Hawkes, said:  “We started working with K3 Retail in 2009, bringing them onboard to support the implementation of our Microsoft retail system, and they immediately identified areas where the system could be used more effectively. Since then, K3 Retail have supported us with a number of other projects and enhancements, and enabled us to use our Microsoft solution to a much greater extent, bringing in finance, stock and reporting capabilities.”
