Jane Burkitt, supply chain planning director at Pepsico, has been awarded the Harvey C Russell Award for her commitment to diversity.
Burkitt has won for her efforts to influence perceptions of logistics as a career choice for women in the UK.
Her role in the Women In Logistics group, for example, led to an increase in applications from female candidates and she influenced other women at PepsiCo to get involved and talk positively about their own experiences.
