CitySprint has taken over TnM Couriers in Warrington, its second acquisition of the year.
The move is part of a strategy to extend its footprint in the North West, and develop new opportunities in the area.
From Friday 18th April TnM Couriers will trade as CitySprint, operating from its existing location in Warrington.
TnM was set up in 2006 by Mat and Bobbie Nichols, and specialises in immediate same day shipments of pharmaceutical products.
Mat Nichols and James Burrell will continue to manage the operations and a number of self-employed couriers, will move across from TnM Couriers to CitySprint to help ensure continuity of service for existing customers.
Nichols said: “We have developed the TnM business to its full potential as a thriving and dynamic local courier provider and have been working very closely with CitySprint in recent years. It is now the natural time to develop this relationship further so that the business can take on new challenges and grow further.”
