ProLog, the East Anglia-based marketing and logistics services company, has taken a 167,000 sq ft warehouse in Chesterfield.
The Core, developed by Langham Developments, has 12.5m eaves, 15 dock and two level access doors, a 50kn/sqm floor loading as well as up to 2MVa power availability.
It has taken the facility on a ten year lease with five year break at a rent around £4.25 per sq ft, a little less than the original quoting rent of £4.75 per sq ft.
