DHL takes 100 per cent ownership of life science specialist

DHL Global Forwarding has taken full ownership of LifeConEx, the life sciences cold chain logistics provider that it owned 50:50 with Lufthansa Cargo.

“After running the innovative specialised logistics service together for six years, DHL Global Forwarding and Lufthansa Cargo agreed that a change in ownership would best prepare LifeConEx to further grow its market position,” said Roger Crook, CEO of DHL Global Forwarding and Freight.
