PostNL has finalised the agreement to sell its 51 per cent share in Italian post firm Telepost to one of the co-shareholders in the company, Manutencoop Facility Management.
Telepost provides mailroom activities and value added office services.
PostNL wants to concentrate on the addressed mail activities in the large countries where it has obtained strong market positions: the UK, Germany and Italy.
The sale is part of the previously announced portfolio rationalisation of PostNL’s activities throughout Europe which started early 2010.
