FedEx Express is donating the services of its Coventry call centre to help raise money for Children in Need.
The call centre will facilitate donations, and will be staffed by FedEx volunteers. Last year approximately 3,700 calls were taken, generating £125,000.
“This is a completely employee driven programme, and it is encouraging to see volunteers from all different functions of the company join together for one main aim. The atmosphere in the call centre is always electric on this day and I’m sure this year will be no exception. Let’s beat last year’s target and give children the childhood they deserve,” said managing director Adam Koffler.
