Sunwin Services, part of the Co-operative Group, has entered an agreement with ByBox to allow its engineers to use ByBox lock boxes to collect and return parts seven days a week.
Sunwin provides IT maintenance and support services across the UK to the Co-op’s range of businesses.
Chris Meltham, service delivery manager of Sunwin said: “We look after a store estate of more than 3,600 food and pharmacy sites, as well as another 1,300 sites for travel and funerals, and needed a robust method of shipping replacement parts quickly to our team of 50 mobile engineers. The ByBox 7 day service is working exceptionally well, and gives both our customers and engineer’s complete peace of mind that we can deliver a high quality service.”
