Distribution, storage and e-commerce provider POS Direct has taken a 70,110 sq ft warehouse known as Unit Three Radar Road in Leicester from Cert Octavian.
The facility will be used to aid expansion for the firm. Lambert Smith Hampton acted for POS while Burbage Realty and Colliers advised Cert.
Geoff Gibson, director in LSH’s Leicester office, said: “This is an excellent, well-located modern building which should serve POS Direct well. Supply is tight at the moment and there are very few modern, high quality 50,000-plus sq ft units available.”
