Specialist super car maker Aston Martin has taken Bilsdale Properties 80,642 sq ft Chase Point warehouse on the Gallagher Business Park in Coventry.
It secured the property at a rent of £5.10 per sq ft and will use it as additional production and distribution facility for its forthcoming new model.
