Palletways has opened a 19,500 sq ft depot at Dartford to add to its existing sites in Lichfield, Edinburgh, Oxford and Greenford.
The depot with collect and deliver small consignments of palletised freight to customers in the DA and BR postcode areas for onwards delivery across the UK, Ireland, the Benelux countries, Denmark, France, Germany, Spain, Portugal and Italy.
Andy Turner, managing director for Palletways Owned Operations, said: “The move to open a new depot in Dartford is part of a wider national and international growth strategy.”
Palletways, which was set up in 1994, has 300 plus depots across the group, delivering 3.5 million pallets per year throughout the UK and nearly 2 million pallets a year in mainland Europe.
