ProLogis is now on site at Bermuda Park, Nuneaton with a 28,180sq m speculative distribution warehouse.The warehouse is scheduled to be practically complete in January 2005 and forms part of ProLogis’ rolling speculative programme forecast to total more than 204,600sq m within the year. The commitment to build at Nuneaton follows the recent lettings at ProLogis Park, Coventry on the other side of the M6 at J3. The Nuneaton development comprises a 27,250sq m warehouse with a haunch height of 15m and offices on two floors of 930sq m. The building will have 28 dock levellers, two level access doors with a 50m loading yard and additional space for lorry parking and circulation. North Rae Sanders and GVA Grimley are joint agents for ProLogis at Bermuda Park, Nuneaton where the quoting rent is £5.50 per sq ft.
