Corby is set to complete Phase III of Max Park later this month with a further two high bay warehouses each of 210,000sq ft. They are available to rent on lease terms from five years upwards at a rent of £4.75psf.
Both units offer 12m eaves height with large yards and dock level loading doors and fit the demand in the East Midlands and on the A14 M1 for immediate warehouses for third-party distribution companies and retailers who have been extremely active in the area.
In the previous two phases of the Rosemound development 160,000sq ft was pre-sold to Staples/Neat Ideas and 500,000sq ft was built speculatively in conjunction with Standard Life. This unit was let to Wincanton/Argos in summer 2004.
