Automotive supplier Hella has picked Kuehne & Nagel to manage its Chinese Aftermarket Division’s national warehousing activities.
The agreement builds on the existing relationship between the two companies in Asia, where Kuehne & Nagel operates the manufacturer’s regional distribution centre in Singapore. Services at Hella’s Shanghai factory include warehouse management, handling of all overseas and domestic inbound shipments, pick and pack operations as well as a series of value-added services, including quality control of individual items, relabelling and repacking. It is also involved in managing returned goods.
