Seven Limited has acquired Cold Chain Instruments (CCI), the Worthing based manufacturer of the TranScan range of temperature recording devices.
Roy Dunnett, chairman of Seven, said: “We see the TranScan acquisition as a major step forward for the Seven business and one that will allow the combination of the two businesses to exceed either company’s individual potential.”
He also went on to say: “Our objectives are to continue to support and invest in the TranScan infrastructure and extend the range of products where possible”.
