BSS Group has secured a new distribution depot in Coventry. It is to lease a 47,390 sq ft warehouse on a 15-year lease at Graftongate Developments and Legal & General’s 95,000 sq ft Link 7000 scheme at Crosspoint Business Park.
Colin Beasley of Graftongate Developments said: “When considering speculative development we try to incorporate a maximum flexibility into our building to appeal to the widest possible occupier market. Our decision to design the Link 7000 development to enable its division has been more than justified. As a result we have let 50 per cent of the development prior to practical completion of the building.”
Unit 7002 remains available on a new lease. It extends to 47,390 sq ft and benefits from four dock level loading doors, two level access doors, 10m eaves, 3,600 sq ft of fitted offices and 50m deep yard areas.
