Royal London Asset Management has secured consent for the first phase of a one million sq ft mixed use scheme. The first phase of development, due for completion mid November, involves the re-use and refurbishment of the former production complex, to provide a refurbished high bay warehouse of 330,000 sq ft with first floor offices, providing one of the largest industrial/warehouse units currently available in North Manchester. DGi, GVA Grimley and M3 have been appointed as letting agents for the scheme.
