Clothing retailer Peacocks has chosen Zendor to fulfil orders taken through its new web site by providing a full range of fulfilment and call centre services.
Zendor will be providing Peacocks with fulfilment services which will include goods receipt, warehousing, pick/pack, home delivery, and returns. Zendor’s call centre will provide support for all customer order enquiries.
Fiona Fairweather, e-commerce manager at Peacocks said: “We were confident in the online proposition developed with Zendor and required a provider who could match our expectations for fulfilling it. Zendor will work with us to protect our fashion brand as we launch online and help to grow and strengthen our position in the marketplace.”
