Zetes UK has opened a Vocollect-authorised repair centre at its newly refurbished facility in Ascot.
At the site, manufacturer-trained and certified Zetes service engineers are able to carry out repairs for all customers of Vocollect voice terminals and headsets using original parts, which are continuously restocked to ensure repairs are done quickly.
Zetes offers a selection of support options including Fast Track and Emergency Exchange services, designed to reduce downtime and give customers a modular, solutions-based approach that can be tailored to their needs.
