Algérie Poste is to trial a new self-service postal kiosk and parcel dropbox with a goal of enhancing customer service, increasing accessibility and streamlining transactions.
The trial, announced by UK-based kiosk specialist imageHOLDERS, is being conducted in partnership with Norafric Technology, Reason Solutions and 3S Pay.
To be implemented from May, the self-service kiosks will allow customers to weigh and size parcels and letters, print shipping labels, pay by card or mobile, drop off mail and print confirmations and tracking details.
The kiosks will be equipped with touchscreens and designed with inclusivity at the forefront.
