CEVA Logistics and HAECO Group, an aircraft engineering and maintenance service provider, have signed a new two-year global air freight contract.
Signed at the Singapore Airshow, the contract strengthens the companies’ existing partnership and establishes a fully integrated global logistics collaboration.
Under the agreement, CEVA will manage HAECO’s worldwide component flows, drawing on its global air freight network and aerospace logistics expertise.
The scope of services includes routine and urgent shipments, Aircraft on Ground (AOG) movements, as well as dangerous goods, temperature-controlled and oversized cargo. These services will support inbound and outbound logistics to HAECO facilities in Hong Kong, Xiamen and Jinjiang, as well as movements across key global trade lanes.
The partnership is designed around a unified operating model that will enable CEVA to support HAECO’s 24/7 operations.
Christian Pinter, general manager of group procurement at HAECO, said: “Partnering with CEVA strengthens the alignment of our logistics activities across all our entities through a unified global network.”
He added that CEVA’s global capabilities and aerospace expertise makes them a valuable partner as HAECO plans to expand its operations.
Olivier Boccara, regional leader, APAC, CEVA Logistics, added: “Our strong presence in APAC, combined with our extensive international network, positions us to deliver the reliability and connectivity HAECO requires as their operations evolve.”
