Denmark-located logistics park, E20 Park Copenhagen, has announced full completion of its first phase of development with the expansion of TyreProff to fill all remaining space in its DC 1 building.
The park has been created by Aviva Investors, the global asset management business of Aviva plc, and pan-European logistics real estate specialist Verdion.
TyreProff has taken unit 1.3, a total of 6,990m² (c. 75,000ft²), having already leased units DC 1.1 and 1.2, including 15,226m² (c. 163,000ft²) of warehouse space alongside in November 2024.
The full tenant line up at the 37,678m² (c. 405,500ft²) DC1 is now finalised as: TyreProff, Drømmeland – which signed earlier this year – and Holmris.
NDI Group and Molo have occupied 12,000m² (c. 129,100ft²) in the adjacent SC1 building since 2022.
Verdion and Aviva Investors will now begin working towards the next phase of the 150,000m² (c. 1,614,500ft²) park.
A range of unit types and sizes is planned, ranging from small warehouse units for immediate occupation through to large-scale, technically complex buildings for occupiers with specific operational needs, including first- and third-party logistics.
All work undertaken on the 38-ha site will be developed to high construction and energy-efficiency standards, targeting DGNB ‘Gold’ building certification.
Aviva Investors head of European funds, George Fraser-Harding, said: “Denmark remains one of the most dynamic and important European logistics markets, driven by the continued demand for high-quality distribution hubs across the Nordic region.
“We are pleased to have completed the full leasing of the first phase of E20 Park and are excited to continue its future development.
“As the Park moves towards full capacity in what is a hotly-contested market, we believe it shows the quality of the offering we have been able to establish and why we think it can continue to provide long-term value in our portfolio.”
