Equitrans Logistics has announced that it will continue to to deliver uninterrupted horse and pet transport services despite the new ongoing conflict in the Middle East disrupting services.
In March the company has managed the air transport of 172 horses, operating across key international routes including Liège, London Stansted, Paris, Amsterdam, Johannesburg, and Osaka.
In parallel, 24 pets have been relocated to destinations including Johannesburg, Madrid, London Heathrow, and Paris, as demand for family relocations continues to rise.
Equitrans continues to operate regular weekly flights to the UK and Europe, maintaining established export pathways in line with international regulations.
While there are no vaccination requirements for export to the EU or the UK, horses must complete a 40-day residency period in the UAE under the supervision of an approved veterinarian and be stabled at an authorised export facility.
Export preparation typically requires 10–15 working days, including blood testing and Ministry approvals, with Equitrans providing end-to-end coordination throughout the process.
