Industrial & Logistics specialist Erdgard Development, in partnership with the Richardson family business has submitted a planning application for a Wolverhampton logistics scheme.
The new GDV industrial and logistics scheme will be worth approximately £36m, situated at Pendeford Business Park
Pulse, Wolverhampton will deliver three units on a 10-acre site ranging from 21,000ft² to 80,000ft² and, if approved, the BREEAM ‘Excellent’-rated units will be available for occupation in Q3 2027.
Savills and CBRE have been appointed at joint leasing agents at Pulse, Wolverhampton.
Director at Erdgard, Allan Wilson, said: “We are excited by the prospect of bringing this redundant site back into beneficial use.
“If approved, the application will enable the development of three high-quality industrial and logistics units in an outstanding working environment.”
