Property management company Eskmuir Group has announced that it has agreed a letting with international food manufacturer Yihai Foods to take a 15,800ft² space at Waverley Industrial Estate in Harrow.
The space will be used by Yihai for food production after it agreed a 10-year lease with Eskmuir and will be its first unit in the UK.
Yihai’s new production space at Unit 2 Waverley Industrial Park will allow it to benefit from close connections to major transport links including the M1, M25 and A1, as well as Heathrow and Luton airports.
Managing director of Eskmuir Paul Hodgson said: “Thanks to its prime location and modern units Waverley Industrial Estate attracts a lot of attention from a broad range of occupiers.
“It is an ideal location for those looking to expand their UK operations and access the large London and South East market.
“We are therefore delighted to have secured this letting with Yihai Foods and believe this space will support their UK expansion plans.
“This letting showcases Eskmuir’s expertise in a diversified portfolio of assets across the UK, where we can increase value significantly through our stewardship and proactive asset management.”
