Federated Hermes has announced 34,000ft² of deals across its southern warehouse and logistics asset, Fareham Reach Business Park, in Gosport.
Healthcare provider Life Couriers UK Limited has signed up to take Unit 620, the additional 27,231ft² bringing its total footprint at the park to 55,076ft².
The increased space at Fareham Reach will allow the business to relocate its office headquarters from off site to under one roof, and facilitate the next stage of growth for the company.
In addition to the Life Couriers UK Limited letting, there has been a double office renewal for The Police and Crime Commissioner for the Hampshire Police Area (PCC).
It has recommitted to a total of 6,669ft² of office space within the business park.
Federated Hermes asset manager, Ian Cody, said: “Fareham Reach is strategically nestled on the south coast, in the heart of the M27 corridor and close to the freight ports of Southampton and Portsmouth.
“That accessibility makes it a consistent location of choice for national and local businesses alike.
“Add to that continued investment, enhancing the warehouse and office provisions at Fareham Reach, and further development plans this year to create new opportunities, and you can see our business park strategy in action.
“Life Couriers and the PCC have committed to Fareham as a consequence, seeing a perfectly pitched location that is evolving with their needs.”
