Third-party logistics provider Fidelity Fulfilment is expanding in the USA with the opening of a new fulfilment hub in Salt Lake City, Utah.
The new 88,000ft2 (8,175m2) facility will enable the company to meet growing demand from customers in the US and elsewhere.
The 3PL also plans to open a new facility in Kentucky in 2026, giving it full nationwide coverage and “enabling retailers to meet delivery expectations for customers from coast to coast”.
Fidelity Fulfilment recently secured global partnerships with TRIP, Lapland, Sense Wellness, and Cocoba, alongside partnerships with Podium Nutrition, Naked Nutrition, Sock Academy and Artem Straps.
“We’re seeing a clear shift in the market: more European brands are launching into the US and seeking fulfilment partners who can deliver integrated, scalable operations across regions,” said Stephen Williams, director and co-founder of Fidelity Fulfilment.
“At the same time, we’re seeing many US retailers expand from pure direct-to-consumer fulfilment into the B2B market, and they need a partner who can seamlessly handle both channels countrywide as they scale.”
Fidelity Fulfilment, which operates across the UK, Europe and the US, has experienced a 25% increase in headcount over the past 12 months. The company expects an additional 20% growth in 2026 as its new US facilities come online.
IntraLogisteX is moving to Dallas in 2026, bringing the industry’s leading trade show & conference to one of North America’s most important logistics hubs. The event creates a focused environment for supply chain and manufacturing professionals to share ideas, discover solutions, and drive greater efficiency, agility, scalability, and accuracy.
