Last mile logistics real estate company, Mileway, has signed a long-term lease agreement with GDL AB for high-quality warehouse and office space at Ättehögen Östra 3 in Helsingborg, Sweden.
Located just 7km south of central Helsingborg, the 7,500m2 (c. 81,000ft2) property offers direct access to the E4 and E6 motorways. It also features flexible logistics facilities including generous yard areas, cold storage capabilities within a secure, fenced environment, ample parking and a large manoeuvring area.
The facility includes around 6,300m2 of terminal space and 1,150m2 of office space. Mileway said it has recently been upgraded with new loading doors, LED lighting and an upgraded office ventilation system.

“The new facility gives us great flexibility to efficiently handle different types of goods. We will have space across three different temperature zones and will be working with a wide range of products, including raw coffee, white goods, groceries and building materials,” said Kadir Besic, site manager at GDL AB.
Ättekulla is a key hub for distribution and supply chain activities in southern Sweden and is home to a mix of warehousing and logistics companies.
Mileway said the new lease is a strong signal of resilient demand in the region’s logistics sector.
