North East industrial development Greenbox Darlington has secured its first letting with plumbing, heating, cooling, and infrastructure trade specialist Wolseley on a 107,775ft² unit.
Wolseley will occupy Unit 2, a Grade A unit that forms part of Greenbox’s flagship site built that has also been designed to BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and EPC ‘A’ standards.
The letting was delivered through a Joint Venture between global private market firm Partners Group, acting on behalf of its clients, and Citivale, a specialist UK logistics developer and asset manager.
Greenbox Darlington was completed in March 2025 and comprises three industrial units ranging from 84,950ft² to 215,360ft².
