Real estate investor Hillwood and Glencar have commenced works on-site at Hillwood Park Luton.
The 284,575ft² speculative multi-unit industrial and logistics development is located within Sundon Park Industrial Estate in Luton.
The 16-acre development will feature eight high-specification, Grade-A warehouse units ranging in size from 14,251ft² to 79,975ft².
In alignment with both companies’ commitment to sustainable development, Hillwood Park Luton is targeting BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and an EPC ‘A’ rating.
To this end, the scheme incorporates an array of carbon-reduction and wellbeing-led initiatives intended to maximise long-term operational efficiency for future occupiers.
