Indurent has reported a 18% portfolio growth and more than £1 billion of investment in new acquisitions and developments in its first year of trading.
Launching July 2024 through the integration of St. Modwen Logistics and Industrials REIT, Indurent has grown its workforce by nearly 30% to 230 employees and now serves over 2,500 customers.
This ranges from local trades to global businesses such as Amazon and creative disruptors like N2 Creative, set builders for multiple internationally-acclaimed television series.
In its first 12 months, Indurent has invested more than £1bn in asset acquisitions and new developments.
This growth has expanded the company’s national footprint from c.27 million ft² to 32 million ft², across both multi-let industrial (MLI) and big-box logistics formats.
Indurent has attracted a wide range of new tenants during the period, with over 2.4 million ft² of space leased in nearly 450 transactions.
CEO of Indurent, Julian Carey, said: “The strong momentum we’ve built in our first year as Indurent reflects the strength of our portfolio.
“We’ve been able to scale at pace, delivering highly sustainable space in prime locations and deploying market-leading tools like Hive to meet the needs of modern businesses.
“We’ve laid a strong foundation in year one, and we’re excited to build on it.”
