Indurent has signed a new seven-year lease with Mapei UK Ltd, a supplier of sealants, adhesives and chemical products to the UK’s building industry.
The deal will see Mapei take 267,000ft² at Indurent’s Titan 10 facility in Bilston, Wolverhampton.
The move enables Mapei to consolidate its distribution and warehouse facilities under one roof, streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency.
This transaction caps a strong Q4 for Indurent in the Midlands, with new leases totalling over 520,000ft²
Highlights include agreements with Soudal Group and DPD at Indurent Park Tamworth, and a new 88,000ft² letting to Lapland Productions at Meon Vale Business Park near Stratford-upon-Avon.
These deals highlight the continued vibrancy and resilience of the Midlands market, driven by strong demand for high-quality, sustainable and well located modern industrial space.
