Indurent has signed a 15-year lease with Regency Glass Ltd, a manufacturer of Insulating Glazing Units (IGU) in the UK, for two newly developed c.125,000ft² units at Indurent Park Trident in Warrington.
Indurent Park Trident is located in Birchwood, Warrington, with direct access to the M6 and Junction 11 of the M62.
The two new units, delivered by main contractor Caddick and completed and completed in April 2025, have achieved BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and EPC ‘A’ certifications.
Rooftop solar PV and smart LED lighting are included on the units as standard, with the newly delivered warehousing also including c.5,400ft² of operationally net zero office space to support a range of administrative and finance roles.
