Kitchenware and home brand Joseph Joseph is expanding its partnership with XPO Logistics to include global freight forwarding from China to XPO’s warehouse in Rugby, UK.
XPO Logistics has been working with Joseph Joseph since August 2025, supporting the scaling of its UK and international operations across direct-to-consumer (D2C), business-to-business (B2B), retail and e-commerce channels.
Under the extended contract, XPO Logistics will manage the entire supply chain, from source to end-customer delivery.
Using its proprietary technology, the third-party logistics provider will give Joseph Joseph end-to-end visibility, with real-time insight into orders, purchase orders, container movements, customs milestones, arrivals and final distribution.
Behind the scenes, AI-driven automation accelerates the customs clearance process by validating data, flagging discrepancies and streamlining documentation ahead of shipment arrival, helping to reduce delays and improve accuracy.
Christophe Verot, senior vice president, forwarding – Europe, XPO Logistics, said the portal goes beyond real-time tracking, offering “the assurance that every logistical aspect is always in hand”.
Sacha Vaughan, chief supply chain officer, Joseph Joseph, added: “We’ve been delighted with the progress we’ve made with XPO Logistics since our partnership began six months ago. Expanding the partnership to include our global forwarding needs was an obvious choice.”
