Dubai South, the largest single urban master development in Dubai, has announced the launch of a new 215,278ft² development comprising multi-user logistics facilities within its Logistics District.
The new facilities are formed of combinable units that ‘offer flexible solutions to accommodate the diverse needs of businesses, fostering growth and enhancing competitiveness in the regional market’.
Dubai South’s Logistics District is located near Al Maktoum International Airport and Jebel Ali Port.

Dubai South has outlined two size options available for units: 2,152ft² and 3,767ft². It says that by offering flexible space configurations, companies are able to scale as their needs grow.

All units are temperature-controlled to ensure that products and services are kept in optimal conditions and will be built ‘with sustainability in mind’, according to Dubai South.
The new development is set to be completed, with units operational for tenants, by Q1 2026.
