Panattoni has reached more than 2 million ft² of speculative logistics space now either completed and available for occupation or under construction at Panattoni Park Swindon.
Reportedly, the latest milestone – unit S920 – comprises 919,765ft², which is completed and available now.
This new warehouse is the UK’s largest speculative unit together with a further 1.2 million ft² being developed speculatively across four new buildings.
The cross-docked facility combines a 21m clear internal height, up to 118m service yards, 125 dock loading doors, 240 trailer parking spaces and 7.3 MVA of grid power.
The four units under construction comprise S160 at 158,013ft², S220 at 217,476ft², S260 at 260,318ft², and S520 at 521,745ft², providing occupiers with a broad range of building sizes within a single strategic development.
S520 is scheduled to complete in May 2027, with S160, S220, and S260 following in June 2027.
The range of speculative unit sizes provides occupiers with greater choice and flexibility, catering for both medium and large-scale logistics requirements.
The speculative programme forms part of the wider 7.2 million ft² Panattoni Park Swindon plan, with all buildings being developed to Panattoni’s latest specification, targeting BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ and EPC ‘A+’ ratings.
