Free registration is open for IntraLogisteX, which will bring warehouse automation, robotics, software and supply chain technology together with speakers from PepsiCo, Dell Technologies, HP, American Airlines, Lucid Motors and Schneider Electric in Dallas, Texas, USA on September 16-17.
US supply chain, warehousing, logistics and manufacturing professionals looking to improve their operations will have the opportunity to compare technologies, see live demonstrations and hear directly from industry practitioners when IntraLogisteX takes place at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in Dallas next month.
Whether the challenge is warehouse capacity, picking productivity, labour availability, inventory visibility, automation ROI, software integration or understanding where AI could deliver value, visitors will be able to speak directly with technology providers and compare different approaches face-to-face.
For businesses with active investment projects, that could mean replacing weeks of online research and separate supplier meetings with conversations and demonstrations in a single visit.
For those earlier in the process, IntraLogisteX offers an opportunity to understand what technology is available – and what might actually be appropriate for their operation – before committing to an investment.
Warehouse technology under one roof
The exhibition will feature technologies spanning robotics, automation, warehouse management and execution software, picking and sortation, materials handling, storage, inventory management, order fulfilment and supply chain management.
Confirmed exhibitors include Exotec, KNAPP, Quicktron Robotics, Pudu Robotics, Softeon, Lucas Systems, Contoro Robotics, EPG, BALYO, enVista, Cloud Inventory and IDENTYTEC.
Visitors will be able to see technologies demonstrated on the show floor and speak directly with the teams behind them about questions including integration, scalability, implementation, workforce impact and return on investment.
That opportunity to compare solutions is particularly important as the range of technologies available to warehouse and supply chain operators continues to expand.
Automation, robotics and AI can all deliver significant improvements, but only when applied to the right problem. IntraLogisteX is intended to help visitors understand not simply what can be automated, but what should be automated – and why.
Practical lessons from major operators
Alongside the exhibition, two conference theatres will run throughout both days, with sessions focused on practical applications of automation, AI, supply chain strategy and operational improvement.
PepsiCo process associate principal engineer Sam Frohman will examine where people and automation should meet in the warehouse, including how operations can be designed so that technology supports human contribution while retaining flexibility as conditions change.
Dell Technologies director of product management for agentic commerce Saurabh Pitkar will explore how agentic AI could change supply chain performance by reducing friction across increasingly digital and machine-readable value chains.
American Airlines‘ Kshitiz Saini will look at predictive maintenance, including how condition-monitoring data can be turned into interventions that reduce unplanned downtime without creating unnecessary maintenance activity.
Visitors looking at wider supply chain strategy will also hear from HP‘s Moises Sepulveda Garcia, who will examine how supply chain footprints can be redesigned in response to tariff volatility, including the move from concentrated sourcing models towards more diversified networks.
Lucid Motors senior global supply chain manager Ganpati Goel will share lessons from the electric vehicle sector on supplier risk, cross-border sourcing and dual sourcing, while Schneider Electric distribution centre director Srivatsan Vitchantangal Prativathi will discuss how software, workflows and labour strategies can be aligned to improve warehouse productivity and accuracy.
Other confirmed sessions will address autonomous warehouse vehicles, voice picking, physical AI and robotics, warehouse software, inventory visibility and automation investment.
First Supply chief logistics officer Steve Baer will also join Exotec to explain the distributor’s move towards automation and how high-density storage and dynamic picking are supporting next-day omnichannel fulfillment and future growth.
Start with the problem, not the technology
John Thornton, editor-in-chief of Logistics Manager and part of the team curating the IntraLogisteX conference content, said: “The best way to come to IntraLogisteX in Dallas is with a real operational problem you want to solve.
“That might be warehouse capacity, picking productivity, inventory accuracy, labor availability, automation ROI, AI, systems integration or simply working out what technology your operation should be considering next.
“The advantage of bringing so many different technologies and perspectives together is that you can investigate several possible answers in one place.
“You can see solutions working, question the companies behind them, hear how other operators are approaching similar challenges and compare what you learn before making an investment decision.
“You might arrive thinking you need one type of technology and leave having identified a completely different way of tackling the problem.
“If attending IntraLogisteX can compress several weeks of research, benchmarking and supplier conversations into one or two days, that’s a valuable use of anyone’s time.”
