Saudi Arabia’s multi-asset class real estate developer ROSHN Group and industrial real estate developer Agility Logistics Parks (ALP), have announced they will develop a large-scale Grade A logistics park in Jeddah.
Both signed a 50:50 joint venture, with the total project value is over SAR 2.5 billion (c. £495,108,722m), including land and development.
The joint venture will develop the project on approximately 1.3 million m² (c. 13,993,083ft²) of land in Jeddah and will be developed in three phases.
It is estimated to deliver approximately 650,000m² (c. 6,996,541ft²) of warehousing and commercial space. Construction is expected to commence in Q4 2026.
This joint venture reflects ROSHN Group’s significant contribution to the Kingdom’s real estate and infrastructure sectors and reinforces its position as the premier partner for investment in Saudi Arabia.
