Indurent has signed a 10-year lease with Soudal Group for c. 50,000ft² of industrial and logistics space at Indurent Park Tamworth.
Soudal, a European manufacturer of sealants, adhesives and polyurethane foams, has worked closely with Indurent over the past six months to refurbish the space.
The Tamworth development has been built to the Indurent Standard and achieved an EPC ‘A’ rating.
Soudal’s unit benefits from Smart LED lighting throughout, which reduces energy consumption by up to 75%.
The space also includes a 10m clear internal height, three docks and 2-level access doors with a secure yard providing 40m depth, and 35 car parking spaces.
Managing director at Soudal Ltd, Michael Gamble, said: “The opening of our new Tamworth warehousing facility marks a significant step in our growth strategy for the UK market.
“The warehouse will operate simultaneously with our current operations in Tamworth, dramatically increasing our warehouse capacity and facilitating our plans for future growth.
“The new premises will enable us to continue delivering exceptional levels of service to our valued customers as we expand.”
