Polish logistics business TAS Logistyka has expanded its footprint at CTPark Warsaw South in Poland, taking almost 15,500m2 (c. 167,000ft2) of new warehouse space at the site.
The deal takes the total amount of space the company occupies at CTPark Warsaw South to around 42,000m2 (c. 450,000ft2).
TAS Logistyka signed its first lease with CTP for the Warsaw South park in 2023. The site is located between Warsaw and Łódź, directly on the S8 expressway, which connects the Polish capital with the Silesian Voivodeship region in Southern Poland.
“Due to the continuous growth of TAS Logistyka sp. z o.o., we focus on flexible, trusted cooperation aligned with the latest trends and market needs, which is made possible by the CTP park in Mszczonów,” said Tomasz Frączkiewicz, president of TAS Logistyka.
The company, which provides transport, forwarding, warehousing and integrated logistics services, currently employs more than 300 people across six warehouse locations in Poland.
In addition to TAS Logistyka, contract logistics company Fiege and IPOS Maciej Szczepanik, a wheel and tyre supplier, conduct their operations at CTPark Warsaw South.
