Linear detection cable and monitoring systems provider, Thermocable, has signed a deal on a warehouse at the industrial property site Leftfield Park, Bradford.
Founded in 1963 as a heating cable manufacturer for the refrigeration and electric blankets market, Thermocable, part of Halma plc, works across the industrial, infrastructure, energy and oil and gas sectors.
Thermocable agreed a 10 year lease on Unit A at Letfield Park, the unit comprising 39,435ft² of ground floor warehouse space and a 905ft² reception with 1,762ft² of office accommodation to the first floor.
The warehouse also offers 10m eaves, dock and ground level loading in a secure yard and is EPC A rated with BREEAM Very Good.
This deal leaves a final Grade A unit of 52,571ft² unit available at Leftfield Bradford alongside nearby occupiers including Morrisons, Hovis, WoodlandsTimber, Astonish and Optimum Medical.
Leeds based DHP represented Thermocable, CBRE, Carter Towler and JLL represented the landlord.
