The winners of the inaugural Supply Chain Excellence Awards Middle East & Africa (MEA) were announced at a gala ceremony on 26 May 2025 at the Rosewood Abu Dhabi, marking a major milestone in the awards’ global expansion.
Building on a 29-year legacy that began in the UK in 1996 – and following the successful launch of the Supply Chain Excellence Awards USA last year – this latest edition recognises and celebrates the most outstanding achievements in logistics and supply chain management across the MEA region. A further expansion into Asia Pacific is scheduled for later this year.
Organised by Logistics Manager publisher Akabo Media, the event serves as a platform to showcase transformative projects and forward-thinking professionals who are redefining what world-class supply chains look like in today’s rapidly evolving landscape.
In total, more than 100 entries were received from over 70 companies across 19 diverse categories, with each submission evaluated by a panel of 21 independent judges from sectors including FMCG, healthcare, telecoms, retail and academia.
Co-located with IntraLogisteX MEA, the region’s newest trade show for intralogistics and materials handling, the awards formed part of a wider initiative to drive innovation, share best practice, and facilitate meaningful business engagement across the industry.
