Developers Goodman and Wilson Bowden Developments have completed a 130,000 sq ft high specification speculative warehouse in the East Midlands.

The development known as Interlink 130, is located within the Interlink Business Park, in Bardon, Leicestershire – approximately 1.5 miles from Junction 22 of the M1 motorway.

It features 12.5 metres clear internal height, 50 metre wide yard, 12 dock levellers and 2 level access doors, 105 car parking spaces, 30 HGV parking spaces, provision for future gatehouse and 6,000 sq ft of office accommodation.

The development also incorporates a host of environmental features including carbon neutral cladding. It has a BREEAM rating of very good.
