Kuehne + Nagel has appointed John Hextall as President of its North America region.
He joins Kuehne + Nagel after 17 years with UTi Worldwide, most recently as executive vice president and president of freight forwarding.
While at UTi, he held various executive positions with responsibility for Asia Pacific, Greater China, Europe, the Middle East, North Africa and the Americas regions.
He holds a Bachelor of Science Combined Honors degree in transport planning and operations from Aston University, Birmingham, UK.
Hextall succeeds Rolf Altorfer, who resigned the post, but will continue to work on strategic projects for Kuehne + Nagel.
