Carisbrooke has recently signed an option agreement to purchase the freehold interest of a 91 acre industrial development site in Stanton, Suffolk which holds a planning consent for a 1.24 million sq ft distribution centre, obtained previously by IKEA. Carisbrooke has appointed Savills and Gerald Eve to advise on the site.
