By wpengineYearsley has bought Leeds-based Ice Pak seafood specialists for an undisclosed sum.
Yearsley is based in Heywood, Greater Manchester, and operates in two sectors; frozen food sales and cold storage and logistics.
Ice Pak will be incorporated into the food sales division, providing additional seafood-based product lines to existing customers. The move will also enable the Yearsley to enter new market areas.
